NFL Game of the Week: Pro Bowl
I almost want to find any other football game on in any part of the world than recommend anyone to watch this game. The pro bowl makes the NBA all star game seem competitive. It’s no one’s fault, really, because football is so high-impact that no one wants to risk injuries in a meaningless game. They should have the bottom 2 teams play a real game to determine who gets the #1 draft pick. Make other plans. But if you can’t, tune in Sunday 1/27 at 6:30 pm.
NBA Game of the Week: Warriors at Celtics
The Celtics have dropped off a bit but are still one of the top teams in the East. The Warriors have dropped off a bit from their normal regular season dominance but are still the Warriors, and still 1st in the West. On top of that the Warriors are a Kyrie Irving 3-pointer away from sitting with 4 straight championships, so they’ll be bringing their A-game to Boston on Saturday, January 25th. Tune in to ABC at 8:00 for this one.
NHL Game of the Week: Capitals at Maple Leafs
Honestly this is the only nationally televised (without paying for extra sports packages) game this week that is between top teams in either conference so it’s kind of a no-brainer. That being said, it will be a great game. Both teams have potent offenses, so we should see a high-scoring affair. Tavares and Ovechkin continually prove why they’re two of the best players in the NHL. Tune in Wednesday, January 23rd at 7:30 pm on NBC Sports.
