Entertainment of the Week: October 29th – November 4th

NFL Game of the Week: Steelers at Ravens
The Pittsburgh Baltimore matchup is one of the best rivalries in football. We’re talking about two tough teams that hate each other, and almost always produce exciting and close contests. Flacco and Big Ben head up these offenses, but the biggest story is still the emergence of James Conner in for the Steelers during the absence of Le’Veon Bell. Conner is coming off his 3rd straight game of 100 yds rushing and 2 rushing TDs. With all the drama surrounding Bell and his teammates, Conner looks to be the RB of the future for Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh and Baltimore kicks off at 1 pm on Sunday, November 5th.

NBA Game of the Week: Bucks at Celtics
Preseason polls have the Celtics as the favorite to represent the Eastern Conference in the 2019 NBA Finals. The Bucks, at the time of this article, are the only undefeated team in the NBA. This could be a true statement game for the Bucks to find out just how good their team really is as they head to Boston to take on an extremely talented Boston Celtics. With Gordon Hayward back alongside Kyrie and Tatum, I expect this team to be very hard to beat all year. Tune in to TNT Thursday, November 2 at 8 pm.

NHL Game of the Week: Stars at Capitals
This matchup is intriguing to me not just because it involves the defending champion Washington Capitals, but because it has two high powered offenses going head to head in what should be an exciting game full of goals. We’re talking about a game with Ovechkin, Kuznetsov, Backstrom, and Oshie sharing the ice with Seguin, Benn, and Klingberg. Any fantasy hockey owners will be keeping an eye on this one. Tune in to NBC Sports Saturday, November 4th at 7 pm.

Premier League Game of the Week: Liverpool at Arsenal
Not much to say about this one. This has been a solid rivalry for a long time. Both teams have high scoring offenses while Liverpool has only allowed 4 goals all year. Liverpool currently sits in second place in the league, and Arsenal finds itself in fourth. A loss for Liverpool would mean a likely drop to 3rd place, and a loss for Arsenal would likely lead to a drop from the top 4, so both teams have a lot to play for. Tune in to NBC Saturday at 1:30 pm for this rivalry clash.

Movie Recommendation of the Week: Bohemian Rhapsody
If you’re into movies that are based off of true stories, Bohemian Rhapsody should be right up your alley. The film follows the band Queen in the early stages of their career, and specifically looks at lead singer Freddie Mercury as he struggles with his own personal issues while asserting himself into the music world. Mercury is played by Rami Malek. If you’ve seen Mr. Robot you’re probably a fan of Malek, as he’s a solid actor. Check it out this weekend!
