Entertainment of the Week: March 5th to 11th

NBA Game of the Week: Rockets at Thunder
The Rockets are currently the best team in the NBA, which is surprising since most analysts favored Golden State, and many others commented on the difficulty of having two ball-dominant stars on the team with the addition of Chris Paul. Yet the Rockets have defied expectations to put together a phenomenal season. Couple that with the multiple superstars from the Thunder, this is guaranteed to be a high scoring game with some great offensive plays from both sides. Tune in Tuesday, March 6th at 8: 00 pm on TNT.

NHL Game of the Week: Penguins at Flyers
The classic Eastern PA versus Western PA rivalry. Neither of these teams like each other, and there fans like each other even less. The Flyers started off the season pretty terribly, and have since risen well into playoff contention at  5th in the Eastern Conference. The Penguins are right behind them at 6th. Expect a lot of hits and a lot of goals, and see if the Flyers can stop Crosby, Malkin, and the rest of the Penguin stars. Tune in to NBC Sports at 8 pm on Wednesday, March 7th.

Premier League Game of the Week: Manchester United at Liverpool
Manchester United vs Liverpool is another great rivalry in English Premier League soccer. This year is no exception. In fact, The teams are 2nd and 3rd, respectively, and separated by only 2 points. A win from Liverpool will take them into 2nd place. A win from Manchester United keeps them in 2nd place, and could potentially knock Liverpool down to 4th if Tottenham also win this weekend. Neither team is looking to give up any ground here. Look for Manchester United to try to stay strong in the back first and counter on offense. Look for Liverpool to possess and try to wear down Man U’s defense. Tune in to NBC Sports at 7:30 am on Saturday, March 10th.

Recommendation of the Week: Gringo
The Influential Gentleman movie of the week is Gringo. David Oyelowo finds himself balancing the line between a law-abiding citizen and an international criminal in this dark comedy interlaced with plenty of action. Alongside Oyelowo is Joel Edgerton, Charlize Theron, Thandie Newton, and Amanda Seyfried: a star-studded cast.
